Budweiser’s FIFA World Cup Campaign Delivers Beers by Drone

With the 2018 Football World Cup beginning in one month, sponsor Budweiser have orchestrated what has to be a dream for football and drone lovers worldwide – beer delivery by drone!

In the lead up to the World Cup which will this year take place in Russia, Budweiser launched what can only be described an energetic campaign created by advertising agency Anomaly New York, showing an army of handy reveals that the brewer can deliver you beer at home!

In this campaign, we see an army of drones leaving the Budweiser factory to deliver beers to football fans around the world during the competition month. In the video, after successfully navigating many pitfalls and obstacles from forests to alps to storms, the drones all come together on the day of the final, in the Moscow sky.

Upon entering the stadium, the drones appear to use facial recognition technology to identify fans who do not yet have a beer – to the joy of many.

While the United States will not take part in the next FIFA World Cup, the American brewer is positioned as a partner in one of the most anticipated events of recent years.
