DroneShield Wins Award for Design Excellence

DroneShield Ltd has announced that its DroneGun Tactical™ has received the Good Design Award Gold Accolade in the Product Design category in recognition for outstanding design and innovation.

The annual Good Design Awards is Australia’s most prestigious international award for design and innovation. In addition to DroneShield, this years’ winners include Tesla’s Model 3, the da Vinci SP robotic surgical system and the General Motors Corporation’s ARĪV eBike.

The Good Design Awards Jury praised DroneGun Tactical™ noting: “This is a shining example of good design – the user need has been identified and a product response is provided. Styling and aesthetic “tactical combat” is highly appropriate to the use context. Level of finish and detailing is beautifully resolved and good design for manufacture and assembly. Really, really good design coupled with world-class technology that will help make our world a safer place.”
